Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Rayatson, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds under the conditions outlined below.

    Refunds

    Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.

    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rayatson.com and send your item to: #27, Corner of the street 135 & 450, TTP1, khan, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: #27, Corner of the street 135 & 450, TTP1, khan, Phnom Penh, Cambodia..

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
    • Gift cards or promotional items.
